Downer's Road Services business is one of the largest non-government owned road services businesses in Australia. We operate from a network of over 50 depots and maintain more than 30,000 km of road. Our business is involved in many exciting ventures within the civil road industry throughout the country.


A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Float Driver to work within Pavements Business on a 12 month fixed term contract based out of our depot in eastern Creek.

The primary job function of this role is to pick up and drop off paving equipment (Pavers, Rollers etc.) from various sites.


ABOUT YOU

  • Current HC licence (Minimum)
  • Current General Construction Induction card
  • Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
  • Ability work on a rotating shift roster
  • Display good initiative and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience operating Pavers and Rollers.
  • A strong 'team player' with the proven ability to work efficiently with others
  • A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture
