As our client's
Store Manager in their busy
Carindale store, you will be leading your team, ensuring that all of the day-to-day operations and sale targets of the store are reached.

You will be sales driven and have a passion for the sporting industry, ready to learn a lot of footwear and apparel product knowledge.

You understand how to read your business's data and use that to coach your team and improve sales performance. People are key for you and you will hire, train and retain the best in the business.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Proven Leadership experience ideally in the sporting/fashion brand industry
  • High level of organisational skills, problemsolving and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound presentation/merchandising skills, knowledge of fashion trends
  • Proven leadership skills including the ability to motivate teams to success
  • Ability to stimulate and support learning in a retail environment
  • Ability to identify performance issues manage and resolve them with a suitable outcome as soon as possible
  • Passion for the industry and desire to work for a huge brand
