Job Summary:

The Senior Manager Consultant will play a key role in supporting and managing projects focused on both investigating and integrating Generative AI into organisational processes.

This role requires a professional with extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strong communication and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar support role, possess exceptional consulting skills, and be outcome-driven.

They should be a proactive self-starter, capable of working with new ideas and concepts.
A keen interest in AI technologies is also advantageous.
The Senior Manager will identify opportunities where Generative AI can drive business value and oversee the implementation of these solutions in collaboration with client teams

Key Responsibilities:
Support and manage projects investigating the implementation of Gen AI into organisations, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including project and technology teams.
Conduct detailed analyses and assessments of organisational processes and needs. Create comprehensive reports and presentations, effectively communicating findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and project success, including coordinating sessions with international teams, which may require scheduling outside of Australian business hours.

Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Manage key project tasks according to the project plan and provide regular updates on critical project metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.

Minimum of 8 -10 years of consulting experience Strong project management skills with a proven ability to support and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to create and deliver impactful Power Point presentations.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and manage multiple senior executives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Keen interest in AI technologies and their applications in business contexts.

Self-driven and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Skills:

Big 4 (KPMG, Pw C, Deloitte, EY) a plus Experience in Financial Services Strong process mapping capabilities and/or experience in business process reengineering (BPR) projects Experience in systems implementation projects.
