About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of daily operations.

You will actively contribute to the store's success by leading a team of enthusiastic sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales.


Your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership: Managing and motivating a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and overall success.

Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring that every customer receives personalised attention, expert advice, and a memorable shopping experience.

Sales and Performance Management: Collaborating to achieve sales targets, monitoring and analysing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.

Visual Merchandising: Ensuring that the store's presentation is visually appealing, and aligns with brand image.

Operations Support: Assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience:

Retail Experience: Previous retail management experience with a strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.

Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, foster a positive work environment, and drive team performance to achieve sales targets.

Exceptional Customer Service: A passion for providing outstanding customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and connect with customers effectively.

Sales and Results-Driven: Strong sales acumen, with the ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities.

Detail-Oriented: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
