Our Client is one of Australia's leading Tanker Transport companies, operating throughout Australia, specialising in the transportation of Bulk Food, Farm Pick-up and Bulk Chemicals, employing over 580 people nationally.

About the role

Working alongside the People & Culture team, you will be involved in payroll execution and maintenance.

Your payroll guidance and expertise will support business operations, providing the payroll division in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll processes.


This role will entail but is not limited to:
High volume payroll processing for employees on a weekly/monthly basis;
Managing and maintaining data integrity and compliance in accordance with business and legislative requirements;
Providing accurate and reliable responses to employees' individual payroll queries in a courteous and professional manner;
Generating, managing and maintaining all business reporting within areas of administrative responsibility.

About you

You will be a dynamic team player with a strong work ethic to support integral operational needs.

You will pride yourself on your attention to detail to ensure the exceptional delivery of up to date payroll processing whilst maintaining confidentiality within the business.


To be successful in this dynamic role you will have:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role with technical proficiency in payroll functions and end-to-end payroll processing;
Freight 2020 experience essential

Competence in understanding relevant legislation, awards, taxation and superannuation;
The ability to maintain the confidential nature of payroll data and other sensitive information;
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
