About the Role

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisors to join us on multiple renewable energy construction projects on a 3/1 Roster. As an Electrical Supervisor with Monford you will provide hands on leadership and supervision to our field crews and ensuring works are completed in a safe and efficient manner. In addition, some of your key responsibilities will include;

  • Promoting a strong safety conscious culture with emphasis on zero tolerance for unsafe work practices.
  • The day-to-day organisation of plant, materials, and labour for the completion of works, including purchasing of materials, and hiring necessary equipment, plant or subcontract services.
  • Coordination and distribution of work scopes to personnel ensuring timely execution in line with the project schedule.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, industrial and supplier organisations
  • Ensure all applicable HSE and Quality policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
  • Ensure that the site is maintained in a tidy, safe and hazard free manner.
  • Ensure compliance will all legislative and site requirements, policies and procedures.

About You

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • You will hold the required electrical qualifications and have significant previous experience in a similar role on a large construction project, within the resources sector or similar.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams and driving successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in working to and meeting deadlines and project deliverables.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
  • High level attention to detail with strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • The ability to work in fast paced environment and be able to prioritise, multitask and think on your feet.
