Our Practice Managers are pivotal to the success of our clinics and the positive experience for our clients.

This position will suit someone who is looking for a diverse role and an opportunity to showcase their outstanding customer service and communication skills.


The position will be based at our Ramsay Psychology Practice located in St Leonards, on either a full-time or part-time basis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reception duties ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their very first phone call
  • Helping to drive referrals to the clinic by building relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals
  • Assisting with GP clinic drop ins, lunches, marketing correspondence and event planning
  • Handle patient appointments, maintain records and process accounts
  • End of month financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts management
  • Other general administrative functions as required

About You
To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a busy, client-facing environment providing exceptional customer service. You love the challenge of a high performing team as you are self-motivated, highly organised and can priorities efficiently.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of Medicare and HICAPS systems
  • Experience and knowledge of multiple patient management systems and software
  • Previous experience managing a busy Medical Practice
  • Comprehensive knowledge of online claiming and MBS as it pertains to provision of psychological services (desirable)
