About the Role

Based at our global headquarters in Adelaide, this position will support the delivery of a range of company-wide initiatives designed to promote diversity and inclusion. Key accountabilities include: Design, develop, and implement the Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Highly developed planning, organisational skills and the ability to manage projects within designated timeframes in a complex and commercially focused company. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate sensitively and respectfully with a range of internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Engage employees across the company to take part in learning on D&I topics. Create appropriate change management plans, communication materials and leader/business partner support materials. Manage supplier relationships to deliver activities on time and to budget. About You You will be experienced in: Organisational Development, with specific experience in diversity and inclusion. Experience using design thinking principles to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives. Strong problem-solving capability, combined with strong analytical and data management capability. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, deliver and implement key programs & projects. Demonstrated team player; supporting delivery of broader team objectives. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation. Ideally, you will be degree qualified in HR or business, and have experience working in a Centre of Excellence (COE) model in a large, complex organisation.
