We are currently seeking an Administrator with proven experience working for Corporate and/or Operational teams to join our business on a permanent basis.

This is a challenging and dynamic position which will focus on providing high level administration support to the Divisional Manager for HSEQT, and Operational HSEQT teams as required.

This position would suit an experienced Administrator with a passion for continual improvement, efficiency, quality of work and compliance.

To be successful in this position you will:


  • Preferably have prior administration experience working with WHS, Environment, Systems, Quality and/or Training teams.
  • Ideally have experience within a similar working environment to that of Daracon in the Civil Construction Industry.
  • Be highly computer literate, excellent typing skills with strong experience using Microsoft Applications.
  • Have an ability to work under pressure and produce reports within tight timeframes.
  • Be highly proactive and organised.
  • Be a strong communicator in both your written and verbal work.
  • Be a flexible and collaborative team player.
  • Be able to work autonomously to meet individual and team goals.
  • Have a current minimum Class C driver's licence.
