Successful applicants will have:
- a positive, friendly and outgoing attitude
- previous experience in a busy bar environment essential.

• Italian wine and coktail knowledge an advantage but not essential

- great communication skills
- commitment to providing a dinning experience for guests that makes them feel special, leaving them wanting to re-visit
