The position is responsible for the planning and management of Optus' space requirements across the national property portfolio of corporate accommodation sites, including subsidiaries.

The position also performs a key client liaison role between Corporate Property and company-wide contacts within each business unit.

Your day to day will consist of...

  • Manage the company's current and future headcount by site and business unit, to maintain an accurate current state of occupancy / vacancy
  • Develop property strategy recommendations for approval by the Workplace Effectiveness Specialist
  • Manage the room booking system and the project room allocations
  • Manage the desk booking system Serraview and Archibus systems
  • Deliver the annual property chargeback and review process
  • Maintain high space utilisation rates across all accommodation sites to maximise efficiencies
  • Provide support to ABW and Agile workspaces across the Optus portfolio

What makes you perfect for the role?

  • Degree qualified in Design, engineering, property or similar
  • Experience operating within a large national corporate environment
  • Experience in workspace layout planning, blocking and stacking
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office suite in particular using large formulabased spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
