An Australian Owned and Operated Freight Forwarder located in the CBD is seeking an newly licensed Customs Broker with up to 1-2 years experience to join their team and be responsible for the end-to-end Customs and Biosecurity processing utilising a broad range of skills in Customs Brokerage.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Licensed Customs Broker & NCCC Accredited
- Knowledge in entry preparation, classifying and compiling
- Checking and lodging entries
- Processing EFT payments
- Preparing refund/duty drawbacks
- Customs Tariff and Valuation
- Free Trade Agreements
- Business development opportunities
Role Requirements:
- Current ABF license including DAWR accreditation
- Cargowise experience
- High degree of numeracy, literacy and analytical skills
- Adaptable, ethical and handson approach
- Ability to effectively interact and network with internal/external stakeholders to facilitate professional movement of all shipments
- Firstclass communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise and timemanage
- Attention to detail
