Desired experience:

  • Good communication skills are a musthave
  • He/she must have good interpersonal skills so as to be able to easily identify the needs of patient
  • Ability to understand and be patient/calm irrespective of provocation from patients being cared for or supported.
  • Must be compassionate when carrying out duties
  • Flexibility in work patterns and schedule is of great importance
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
  • He/she must display a great level of trust and honesty at all times.
  • Must be able to adapt to different conditions and cases.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Certificate III in Disability Support or relevant industry qualification
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • Eligible working rights in Australia
  • Current driver's license and a fully insured and reliable motor vehicle
  • Knowledge about using app on smart phone.

$ $38.00 per hour
