Our graduates work on real-world projects using cutting-edge technology to design, develop, and support some of the largest and most complex programs for the Commonwealth of Australia, the Australian Defence Force, and international commercial and defence customers.

As part of the Battlespace Communications System (BCS) team, you will help design and build the next generation of Military Communications Systems and contribute to the continued evolution of those capabilities to the Australian Defence Forces.

The Opportunity

We are a seeking talented Electrical & Electronics graduates (including students nearing graduation) to join the Boeing BCS team in Brisbane.

BCS is a next generation networking product that is the centerpiece for multiple projects and campaigns with the Australian Army, Navy and Airforce.

It combines both developmental and off the shelf hardware and software to provide world leading communications capability for ADF personnel.

It can be deployed rapidly, and its modular design provides a flexible, scalable solution that can be customized for various mission needs.

As an Electrical and Electronics Engineering Graduate you will:

Contribute to the design and development of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic equipment including custom electrical power, edge computing and network equipment.

Develop engineering documentation and perform configuration management of system hardware.

Work with the project team to ensure the engineering scope is delivered within the quality, schedule and budgetary constraints of the project.

Communicate and collaborate with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, in a conscientious and inclusive way.
Your attitude, motivation, willingness to learn and ability to self-task under supervision will determine your success in our team
Experience/Qualifications
Tertiary degree qualification in an engineering, computer science or information technology (or expectation of graduation in the next 3 months)

All graduates enter Boeing Defence Australia in a permanent full-time role before commencing a structured program to start them on the right path to their future career.
