As a Sr. Analyst in Identity Insights, you are securing the bank and safeguarding a brighter future for all.

  • Partner with the Data Engineering team to develop and maintain reporting platform and implement analytical solutions across Security Identity and Authentication services (Sailpoint, CyberArk and Ping).
  • Build endtoend reporting and interactive dashboards using Tableau.
  • Drive stakeholder outcomes to deliver better customer experiences
  • Deliver at pace with quality, through continuous improvement and governance Uplift people capabilities in data and analytics through engagement networks and community forums

The Identity and Access Technology (IAT) team form a key pillar of the wider Group Security practice. You will be part of Identity Insights team that sit in IAT broader team.

We are the analytical function that supports reporting/analytics for identity platforms(Sailpoint, CyberArk and Ping)


Our mission is to be uplift Identity space with real-time automated intervention, advanced analytics with real-time decisioning, dynamic prioritisation and automated processes.


On a day to day basis you will:

  • Liaise with the Data Engineering team to build centralized data warehouse/database repository for reporting.
  • Develop and automate analytical solutions using SQL, Python or R.
  • Experience with broader IAM products (specifically Sailpoint IIQ, Ping) would be highly desirable.
  • Present analytical insights to stakeholders for actionable outcomes.
  • Build endtoend reporting and interactive dashboards using Tableau.
(Experience with Splunk is good to have)

  • Support identity projects and initiatives as required by working with peers and/or Managers and liaising with analytical and nonanalytical business partners across the department.
  • Maintain documentation of your analysis and version control of code/scripts using tools such as GitHub.
  • Monitoring Batch Jobs of fetching data from production DB to Reporting DB(and resolve issues (if any)
  • You will support your peers with quality assurance (QA) reviews and ensure that results are replicable.
  • Information retrieval from data warehouse(structured) or data lake(unstructured) using Python/R
  • You will be part of BAU as well as project initiatives reporting and insights.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Proven experience working with SQL to extract data from complex datasets.
  • Experience creating analytical solutions to solve business problems with data.
  • Knowledge with Data visualisations, Agile Tools (GitHub would be advantageous)
  • Knowledge with data migration projects
  • Willing to learn data science/predictive modelling using Python or R
  • Automation of adhoc/repetitive requests using Python and schedulers
  • Knowledge of Identity Security space(Sailpoint and CyberArk) is good to have.
  • Snowflake/Cloud experience is desirable as well.
  • Willing to learn to build models and extracting meaningful insights Tertiary degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science preferred.
