About the Role


An opportunity has become available for a Finance Business Partner to join icare to support our Senior Finance Business Partners (SFBPs) with the process of management reporting, forecasting and budgeting across the business.

You will also support the SFBPs to identify and deliver process improvements, as well as stepping up into the SFBP position when coverage is required.

Duties
It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Finance Business Partner you will:

  • Support the SFBPs and Technology (Digital & Transformation) stakeholders by producing high quality internal management reports to enable effective business decision-making.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance in managing financial performance.
  • Understand and be able to explain icare's key business performance indicators across business units (financial and nonfinancial) and how these link to the internal management reports prepared.
  • Work with the SFBPs to ensure that the forecasts and budgets are robust and accurate; and together with the SFBPs understand levers that are available to manage financial performance.
  • Understand and be able to explain key drivers and topdown constraints when developing forecasts and budgets.
  • Support the SFBPs to liaise with the business and provide advice and insights to deliver financial outcomes as required, including end to end ownership of specified business relationships.

Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant with a Degree in Finance, Commerce or Economics.
  • Extensive Finance Business Partner experience with strong stakeholder management skills and proven success in engaging with a business to reach optimal outcomes.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a bigpicture perspective and ability to think ahead and outside the box.
  • Willingness to take accountability/ownership, resilient, adaptable with a positive "cando" attitude and a teambased approach to work.
