The role of the Fleet Coordinator is to support the setting up and management of assets and infrastructure associated with the School Dental Program (SDP) and other DHSV fleet. Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Update and maintain asset data, ensuring relevant data is captured in a timely manner in the asset management system.
  • Monitor and coordinate repair work orders logged via asset management system ensuring all records are correct, current and completed in set time parameters.
  • Coordinate servicing and repair contractors ensuring minimal downtime to School Dental Program schedules.
  • Prepare vehicles for pre-deployment including pre-issuance check, arrange cleaning and final quality assurance prior to delivery.
  • Manage and maintain continuous coverage for fuel, tolls, and roadside assistance.
  • Process traffic infringements in a timely manner.

About you:

  • Ability to manage high volume tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing priorities, setting workloads, following through to meet deadlines and service level agreements and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in providing superior customer service and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and managing critical business relationships
  • Experience in managing and resolving customer queries and issues
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Suite of programs, database and information systems.
  • You are a proven self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
