Our Business Graduate opportunity is based in Brisbane and designed for recent
Business/Data Analytics Graduates**, eager to kickstart their career in rail.

You will rotate through our Regional business, with the aim to give you a well rounded understanding of how we operate.


Throughout your two years as a graduate, we will partner you with an excellent graduate mentor who will support and guide you.

You'll also participate in our soft skills program, four internal networking days per year with guest speakers, regular site tours + coffee catch ups with executives, volunteering opportunities and access to a graduate development coordinator.

About you:

  • Degree: You must have completed a Bachelors Degree within the last two years. We're open to any field of study with a focus on data and/or business analysis however the most important things are your attitude and aptitude
  • Customer Focused: You will be community and customer focused person who believes in putting their best foot forward every day.
  • Think Differently: We want your unique perspective, strong problemsolving skills and innovative skills as we rise to meet our future business demands.
