The role:

You will bring:

We are seeking an experienced professional with demonstrated technical skills in procurement governance and performance.

You will help set key performance targets, contribute effectively to team activities to enhance commercial performance, and develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to achieve organisational objectives.

You will bring thought leadership to the role to drive a continuous improvement philosophy and sustainable business environment and role model and coach Procurement team members.


In addition, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field: procurement, business, commerce, law or supply chain
  • 3 + years' experience in a similar role or in a senior leadership capacity as a Category Specialist / Procurement Specialist / Lead or similar, particularly in relation to procurement governance
  • Experience developing and executing procurement reporting & analytical strategies
  • Experience with development of price, cost, product lifecycle and service lifecycle cost models
  • Experience leading a team
  • Experience developing and managing centralised spend data from multiple data sources
  • Experience using SAP or equivalent financial systems
  • Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) Certification (highly desirable)
