Fraud & Compliance team with a specialist project.

identifying and responding to fraud enquiries, ensuring a secure environment for customers. This is a unique opportunity to

You will be assisting with the following duties:

  • Conduct investigations through analysis of various sources of data
  • Respond to and resolve fraud and account security enquiries in a timely manner
  • Identify and escalate potential issues and risks
  • Create and send correspondence to clients/suppliers
  • Ensure policies and procedures are met in line with company and legislative standards
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to support with management frameworks and process improvement

You will have the following skills and experience

  • Prior experience in a similar role or field within Risk, Trust and Safety, Fraud is highly desirable
  • Exceptional customer support dealing with investigations
  • A good attitude with the ability to pick things up quickly and hit the ground running
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise
This project is commencing ASAP and will be operating during the Christmas period excluding public holidays. You must be available for the full duration.
