Expressions of interest are now open for an opportunity within the Adelaide University Integration Management Office (IMO) in the Student Experience & Administration Domain for an SME Lead: Assessments.

About the role

As the SME Lead: Assessments you will collaborate with key staff from UniSA and The University of Adelaide, to design exam administration business and system processes for centrally administered assessments as part of the approved curriculum. Your role will also involve creating a schedule of activities and timelines for exams, designing result entry administration and system processes, supporting the configuration and implementation of systems and informing assessment policy and the approach to final assessments. Additionally, you will provide early training and development for current teams to ensure consistent practice and service expectations during the transition period.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Extensive project management experience with a proven record of successfully managing all aspects of large-scale and complex projects
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, synthesise broad data and analyse at a detailed level
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and work in collaboration with other teams
  • Highly developed relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to interact, influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders
