Your Impact

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Planner to join our Southbank office. In this role you will be an integral driver of our planning vision. You will order and manage a portfolio of finished goods in accordance with our inventory policy and sales forecast. Integral to this is ensuring supply continuity to meet our availability target and ultimately increasing our customer service to drive Success In Store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and oversee the supply of a portfolio of Bought In Finished Goods in accordance with inventory policy and sales forecast.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Bought In Finished Goods are managed in the most efficient and effective way.
  • Work with relevant teams to manage 'at risk' products whilst also minimising unbudgeted freight activities and management of risk stock.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with the relevant DC's to coordinate volume requirements and delivery timings.
  • Liaise with the demand team to ensure relevant forecasting variances are being addressed and supply issues communicated.
  • Work within standardised processes and use data to support decisions.
  • Review the Demand and Supply balance, determining out of balance conditions, identifying alternatives, and recommending action for approval.

About You

  • Demonstrated supply chain or planning experience with a tertiary qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Experience within manufacturing or an FMCG environment.
  • Computer literacy skills with SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Highly effective communication, (both verbal and in the written form), you will have the ability to establish strong rapport with key internal and external stakeholders of the business
  • You are highly analytical with strong attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a requirement of this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and resolve issues independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritise and organise work demands and deadline.
