Key Role Summary:

  • Swiftly addressing client support needs, accurately documenting issues, and performing preliminary troubleshooting.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Maintain the highest standard of client support synonymous with our client's reputation.
  • Efficiently manage incoming client calls and tickets, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation.
  • Serve as a dependable contact point for all client IT inquiries, maintaining transparent communication and managing expectations.
  • Take the initiative in monitoring and sustaining client IT frameworks, contributing to the enhancement of operational procedures.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience (12 years) in a tech support or similar role.
  • Open to IT Graduates.
  • Knowledge of ITSM Tools and a grasp of ITIL frameworks.
  • Relevant tertiary IT qualifications or industryspecific certifications.
  • Experience in remote support within a Remote Desktop Services setting.
  • Practical skills with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange, and network management.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy, paired with a foundational understanding of network troubleshooting.
  • Use of ServiceNow, IT Glue, Auvik, Ninja one would be good, others a bonus.
  • A cando spirit and clientcentric mindset.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, appreciating precision and hard work alongside a sense of humour.
