The Organisation:

Multiple Federal Government Agencies of varying sizes and focus.

The Role:

Due to the growth in workload, multiple agencies are looking for experienced EL1 WR/IR experts.

These roles are vacant and can offer as s26 ongoing transfers (for current APS employees) or initial non-ongoing or labour hire contracts for non-APS employees.


These roles provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on a wide range of employment-related issues and support the negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreement/bargaining processes, supporting the changes to HR policies, implementation of code and conduct to a government Department and high-level stakeholder engagement.


The Person:

These roles are varied, with too many skills or capabilities to list here for each position.

In saying this to be successful in these roles you will need to have at a minimum:

  • Demonstrated experience providing advice on employmentrelated legislation, policies, and enterprise agreement;
  • Experience supporting a range of stakeholders, providing education and advice on employmentrelated matters;
  • Managing individual flexibility agreement processes;
  • Supporting workplace relations projects and strategies;
  • Experience supporting the negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreement bargaining processes;
  • Have experience providing advice to key stakeholders on policy improvements
  • Managed reviews and implementation to code of conduct changes throughout a Government Department.
  • Demonstrated highlevel Government writing skills.
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a baseline security clearance.
