We are seeking skilled and experienced Crowd Controllers to join our team and work consistently at prestigious venues and events.
As an established and reputable West Australian security provider, we are looking to expand our operations to over 6 locations in the South West.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Provide exceptional and professional customer service with clientele.
Screen patrons entering and exiting the premises.
Control patron behaviour in and around the premises to ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and guards.
De-escalate potential conflict and expertly escort patrons out of venues using appropriate methods.
Report in detail any incidents in line with legislation and relevant policies and procedures Conduct emergency evacuations & perform first aid and/or CPR where applicable.
Skills and qualifications required:
Valid WA Crowd Control license Valid First Aid Certificate Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)Rights to work in Australia.
Weekend availability in the evening.6 months experience providing Crowd Control to hospitality venues.
Defence Force experience highly regarded Amateur or professional martial arts training highly regarded1-2 years' experience in a leadership position in Crowd Control highly regarded Join Vault now as we expand into the Southwest region and seize the opportunity to contribute to our Premium brand.
