. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day running of production, team.

About the role:

• Manage a team of bottling operators ensuring they are working efficiently
• Ensure Quality Assurance paperwork and systems are accurate.
• Analyse and optimise the production schedule ensuring continuous improvement.
• Monitor and set KPI's.
• Assist with budget reviews and forecasting.
• Assist in implementing and improving production processes

About you:

• Proven track record as Production Supervisor or similar
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid and handson experiences in manufacturing of FMCG environment.
• Proven ability to lead, meet deadlines and targets.
• Innovative and able to make decisions under pressure
• Sound knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Standards and OH&S requirements.
• Handson experiences with machinery and maintenance would be an advantage.
