As a Claims Specialist your focus in this role will be to identify and implement strategies to support programs that improve performance.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting business objectives, ensuring service levels, customer expectations and regulatory obligations are met for the related business area/s.
  • Manage internal relationships, modelling team collaboration in resolving issues within and across teams, providing direction and support when escalated for optimal resolution and results.
  • Proactively engage with clients, partners and providers in the identification and development of key programs of work relevant to business/ performance need.
  • Lead delivery of key programs of work, ensuring programs are executed to program intent and objectives are met.
  • Proactively monitor, assess, and report on trend developments and business risks that will potentially impact claim strategies and client performance.
  • Partner Business Account Managers in conducting root cause analysis and support the overall client program workshops.
  • Provide measurable and actionable recommendations to the Team Manger through projects and initiatives to improve performance and assist in advocating for best practice claims management

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships
  • The ability to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives
  • Experience in case management within a personal injury setting and/or an Allied Health background with demonstrated experience in supporting injury recovery through a clinical setting/ environment.
  • Resilience and a proven ability to work in a highly energetic environment
