The Role

We have a Full Time Concierge Supervisor position at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre


As the Concierge supervisor, you will introduce people to the exciting world of
Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, our 5-star, high end retail client site situated in the heart of Queensland's Gold Coast.

You will be turning curious visitors into loyal customers whilst supervising and leading a team dedicated to providing award winning retail customer service.

Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is the Gold Coast's unmissable shopping mecca, situated in Broadbeach, with over 400 specialty stores. Pacific Fair is a favourite of local and international guests alike and has become synonymous with service standard excellence.

You will be part of the Assetlink / Pacific Fair team with a key focus on developing a high performing customer service team, whilst efficiently managing all day to day Concierge operations, including but not limited to; delivery service training, driving in-centre service standards, tourism lounge, centre gift cards, special events, VIPs, centre courtesy taxi and many other day to day operational requirements.

The hours for this role will be full time five (5) days per week, which will include one weekend day.


Role Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • Previous proven experience working within a similar role
  • You are a team leader, handson operator with the ability to anticipate the needs of guests and your team, exceeding satisfaction levels
  • Ability to conduct regular floor walks around the centre to ensure it always presents as per expected standards and reporting requirements
  • Responsible for leading, mentoring and developing a team of +20 customer service team members
  • You have an 'eye for detail' that can deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct team meetings and regular catch ups with direct reports
  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve in a calm manner
  • Be comfortable managing sensitive conversations with our guests, staff and retailers
  • Build and manage strong relationships with VIPs and retailers.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, systems, procedures and processes
  • Good computer literacy in software such as the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable and hardworking attitude
  • Positive attitude, integrity and ethical behaviour
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, nights and one day over the weekend
  • Current open QLD driver licence
  • Must have valid work rights in Australia
