Quality Controller to work in the Nunawading warehouse.

This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control inspections on all production orders received in the warehouse.
  • Cross check bulk production against approved PP/PS samples for each style, ensuring all elements of QC are met.
  • Highlight any quality issues to Garment Technicians, following up on inspection reports and suggested corrective actions/solutions.
  • Monitor the quality for all products imported.
  • Monitor all repairs / alterations required when quality issues occur.
  • Keeping outgoing defects / returns percentage at low levels

Skills required:

  • High attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Selfmotivated
  • High accountability, results driven
  • Investigate customer complaints / any quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

To be successful in this role you will need to have worked for a clothing company in a quality control role.
