Due to increasing growth, we are seeking Full-Time / Part-Time employees to work shifts between 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday*If you are passionate about providing creative solutions to our Clients and Members, then you will be valued at Caring for You.


Working within a truly supportive team, together you will place hundreds of Nurses and Carers each week.

Starting from $27.74 p/h including Super, with a fortnightly pay cycle.

Roster & Availability Expectations

  • At this stage we are seeking coverage from 7am 7pm, however our operating hours are 5am 11:30pm
  • Shifts are a minimum of hours 4/6 hours
  • 2 weeks paid training (9am 5pm)

About you?
We are looking for a special Customer Service Consultant who truly loves working in a fast-paced environment. Your days will fly by as you juggle the needs of both our Clients and Members.

You will already know how important it is to have that 'smile' in your voice and that a 'can do' attitude instils confidence with both Clients and Members

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A bright and friendly phone manner
  • The ability to multitask and adapt to continuously changing workflow and priorities
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to learn and use specialized software systems as well as basic knowledge using Microsoft Office programs.
  • The ability to think laterally and to work well under pressure
