We are currently recruiting for a Trainee that will work at the Retail Branch in Victor Harbour.

Shift Schedule: 38 hours per week

As a Banking Consultant, your duties will include:

  • Provide end-to-end banking needs
  • Deliver high end customer service and a seamless branch experience
  • Educate customers on digital solutions
  • Accomplish transaction activities
  • Work collaboratively within a team to accomplish business targets
  • Attend to additional general enquiries

About You:

  • Role models a strong customer focus
  • Ability to multitask, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Proactive, shows initiative
  • Active user and promoter of technology

As a Trainee you will:

  • Receive an income while gaining valuable experience in the banking industry (National Traineeship Award wages apply)
  • Study towards a
    Certificate III in Business:
  • Be supported by a dedicated team and mentors
  • Have the opportunity to develop excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Be trained by experienced branch staff to learn more about ANZ's retail banking products and services
