Customer Service Supervisor

BGIS is experiencing strong company growth and requires an experienced Customer Service Supervisor who can lead with kindness, a mentor with experience, and turn a team into the dream team.

Role:


This role is central to the ongoing success of the business and requires an individual with a "can do" attitude, absolute commitment to providing exceptional customer service and equally importantly, have a good sense of fun.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from clients;
  • Answer inquiries;
  • Lodging work request using the nominated CMMS;
  • Handle complaints;
  • Data entry;
  • OHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.
  • Being first point of contact and escalation for Customer Service Officers and onsite Account Team Members
  • Ensure that work costs are completed within the approved cost limits.
  • Maintaining and monitoring Work Orders overdue and onsite and rectification times.
  • Notifying staff of any changes within contracts

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong demonstrated experience working in a Customer Service Centre environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles.
  • Demonstrated experience working with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of an organisation.
  • Strong demonstrated professional telephone manner listening, questioning, empathy, clear client outcome and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated excellent attention for detail and grammar.
  • Proficient in relevant computer software Word, Excel, Outlook (or related programme) and Internet access.
  • Good keyboard skills, speed and accuracy.
