To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- HR Class manual driver's license – essential
- Solid experience in an open pit mining environment servicing heavy duty equipment – Liebherr, CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu mining plant.
- Operate mobile equipment for maintenance and inspection purposes.
- Perform basic mechanical work carrying out pit and workshop-based task.
- Monitor plant and equipment condition, identify, report oil and fuel leaks, whilst ensuring oil, grease and fuel are stocked.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Must present with a "Can Do" attitude to work, health and safety.
