Senior Litigation/ Construction Disputes Lawyer

Chambers Russell Lawyers is a fast growing firm with its head office located in the Sydney CBD. We practice across commercial, construction, civil litigation, debt-recovery, insurance, personal injury, strata and property law.
About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Lawyer to join our Sydney team. Ideally you will have a minimum of 7 years' PAE with a strong track record of performance and the capacity to effectively manage an independent case load. This role is open to a strong Senior Associate or Special Counsel, and Principal/Partner level lawyers are also strongly encouraged to apply.
The role will predominantly involves working within our construction litigation practice but will also have exposure to other areas of contentious and non-contentious work.
This role offers a genuine opportunity for a senior Litigation/Construction Disputes Lawyer to forge the next step in their career towards running and developing a practice. Chambers Russell offers a transparent pathway of progression into senior roles including Partnership.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in litigation/construction disputes;
- An ability to manage own file load and to mentor junior lawyers;
- An ability to build strong client relationships;
- A focus high level service to our clients;
- Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills; and
- An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Remuneration
We provide competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. We are also committed to reviewing remuneration annually to ensure that our staff are receiving remuneration commensurate with the value they deliver to our team and clients over time.
