Job Description:

  • Oversee a diverse commercial portfolio, experiencing different challenges daily.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to owners and tenants, maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring all services are delivered professionally.
  • Maximize rental revenue, manage expenses, maintain building presentation, and ensure site compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager, conduct property inspections, and focus on sustainability and ESG planning.
  • Identify opportunities to add value and enhance the customer/tenant experience.

What we're looking for:

If you have in-depth knowledge of the commercial property market, financial acumen, and hold a Qld Real Estate Salesperson Certificate, we want you Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager overseeing office assets is essential. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and interpersonal skills are a must. Be the ambassador for our assets and strive to grow into a General Manager role.
