Seeking experienced flight training instructors looking for a fun, relaxed working environment teaching aspiring aviators the Ab Initio training curriculum in Class D and G airspace.

We have a fleet of the most modern, high-efficiency trainer aircraft with design features such as CSU, Airbrakes, Garmin G3X avionics, Electric and non-electric propulsion and safety features such as Ballistic parachutes and high glide ratios.

We are seeking experienced RA-AUS Senior instructors to be able to operate autonomously for Ab Initio Pilot training on weekends and weekdays if available under the guidance of a highly experienced CFIBooking frequencies can be tailored to suit the applicant, but there is a high volume of work currently available (8-10 lessons a week minimum.
Your role will be significant as we're a small but fast-growing company.

You'll work amongst a tight-knit team to provide industry benchmark Ab Initio Pilot training to High school age students and mature-aged students alike,The student's career intentions range from recreational level flying to CPL level in the long term, starting with the Sport category for cost saving and access to safer, newer, more ESG-friendly aircraft for their first 100 hours of training and consolidation.

Aircraft -Part 91 Flight training will be completed in Pipistrel Electric and non-Electric aircraft, with Part 141 conversions in Pipistrel and Bye Aerospace GA Aircraft.

Requirements -RA-AUS Senior instructor rating with notable experience in low inertia aircraftPerth-based (work opportunities in Jandakot and Mandurah)
