APS5 Support Policy Officers for a Federal Government department for non-ongoing contracts until May 2024 with a possible 12 month extension.

The

The duties include the following:

  • Conduct regular audits of workload using resources such as Case Manager, Excel and SharePoint;
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis;
  • Gather, analyse and report on identifiable data trends;
  • Engage with IDM's on minor administrative matters;
  • Triage, coordinate and resolve matters raised to IDM support via mailbox management and meetings;
  • Keep accurate and comprehensive records (including report writing, case notes, and official records):
  • Communicate confidently through written and verbal communication and present messages in a clear, concise and articulate way;
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships;
  • Demonstrate selfawareness and ability to selfmanage in a complex, changing environment whilst in a diverse team with high workload in a high risk environment;
  • Ability to prioritise workloads tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Strong attention to detail;
