Strategic Development and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive management strategies for a wide range of assets, including water, civil infrastructure, parks, traffic systems, and specialised assets like fairy terminals.

Ensure that all projects align with the city's sustainability goals and regulatory compliance.
Expert Guidance and

Project Oversight:
Act as the primary source of technical expertise for all matters related to electrical assets.

Provide leadership in the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects, ensuring they adhere to best practice in asset management.
