Are you a meticulous organizer with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We're seeking a dedicated Fleet Administrator to join our team and help manage our fleet operations efficiently.

The role has 3 key features
:administration, customer service, and sales support.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly built.
• Liaise with drivers, mechanics, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage administrative tasks such as build dates, ETA updates, registration and scheduling with clients and fleet companies.
• General Administrative duties
• Provide high level of Customer service

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Have a commitment to quality.
• Administration experience is required
• Experience in the Motor Vehicle industry is desirable
