About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Fleet Administrator to join our Head Office in Ingleburn.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and update data in the fleet management system
  • Maintain vehicle compliance reports, where required
  • Ensure vehicles have current registrations
  • Ordering of fuel cards and etags
  • Follow up on insurance incidents
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure vehicles are maintained
  • Prepare vehicle kits
  • Adhoc reporting and administration duties
  • Support Fleet staff

Skills & Experience

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Aptitude in decision making and understanding numbers
  • Strong Microsoft word and Excel knowledge and accuracy
  • First class communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to work autonomously or as a member of a team
  • Experience in collecting and analysing data
