Flourish and Thrive are currently looking for disability support workers to work in our paediatric disability support worker roles for clients across the Sydney area.


  • Be studying or have experience in disability support work or other caring roles.
  • Possess First Aid, Basic Life Support/CPR and Manual Handling certifications.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Possess compassion and empathy and love working with children.
  • Be open to learning.

Other desirable but not essential criteria:

  • Experience in working with children.


This position proposes the perfect opportunity to expand upon fundamental caring and clinical skills, and is perfect for those wanting to practice in the paediatric area after graduation.
