The Assistant HR Advisor's key responsibilities are:

  • Develop, implement and maintain effective administrative systems, including systems relating to the management of human resource, performance reporting and business processes. Provide timely and accurate HR advice and support to employees, and internal and external stakeholders, via the Business Partnerships inbox. Coordinate reporting on behalf of the Business Partnerships team. Provide timely, high-quality advice and support to your team mates. Participate as part of a team in the development and implementation of projects relating to human resource issues, initiatives and programs within agreed priorities and timelines as necessary to improve service outcomes. Promoting excellence in service delivery and public administration and identifying opportunities for improving regional client service. It is a requirement of all employees to maintain cultural capability, commit to selfdirected learning regarding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, and to contribute to a culturally safe and inclusive workplace.
