In this newly created role due to continued growth, you will be responsible for the allocation of crane crew and assisting with sales development for projects in Sydney and across NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to determine their needs and allocate labour accordingly
- Schedule and allocate personnel to sites/projects
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of Crane Crew
- Assisting with the sales development process
- Provide effective leadership and direction to onsite team members
- Conduct Site visits
- Coach employees in expected HSE standards
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to support and identify potential future projects, sales and upsell Auxiliary equipment
About You:
- Exceptional attention to detail and timemanagement skills with ability to prioritise
- Thrive in a people orientated role.
- Experience in mobilisation or labour scheduling (desirable)
- Knowledge and experience working in construction or related industry
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt well to a changing work environment.
