About the Position

Join our journey of digital transformation where you will play a key role in documenting and providing training on applications, system integrations, processes, and workflows to maintain the integrity of council data. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing and managing Council's corporate applications to ensure optimal utilization.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Develop business processes and procedures
  • Create self-help guides and training materials
  • Conduct in-person training sessions
  • Collaborate with the business to address training needs and processes

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • Proven experience in local government systems
  • 5 years of experience in a training environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting
  • Experience in devising training plans for multiple projects
  • A teamwork-oriented approach with advanced problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in technology training and change management
  • Capability in working with diverse skill sets
  • Proficiency in various training methods including documentation, videos, and face-to-face interactions

Qualifications Required:

  • Degree qualifications in business, information technology, project management, related field, or equivalent experience.

What You'll Get:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $129,566 to $142,707 plus 11% superannuation.
