The key responsibilities of the Bar Manager role:
Manage and maintain social media/ mailing list through Instagram and Messaging. Schedule and confirm events and bookings.

Opening and closing the venue this includes cleaning the bar, decking/ seating areas/ toilets and store room.

Stock managment, ice, fresh produce, gas bottles, alcohol, soft drinks, cleaning products, table ware, glassware and barware.

Manage bar staff and work with Head Chef and Kitchen staff.

Inventory / product analysis.

Menu setup/ review for both food and drinks.

Ensure all dinnerware, barware and glassware are clean and polished before and during service.

Product innovation.

Job Types:
Part-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
