The
Contract Lifecycle Lead is a dedicated role reporting to the Country Head of Account Management. Covering new business and renewals, you will be responsible for driving the Contracts Lifecycle Process for Australia.

Your duties will include:

  • Liaising with finance, legal, commercial contracts team and APAC regional team to solve complicated questions and cases.
  • Onboarding and training of new users in contracts database and providing 1st level user support.
  • Monitoring and driving new business data quality and compliance.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate data for all live contracts.
  • Providing guidance to business on which steps need to be undertaken for contract renewals.
  • Identifying 'nontypical' situations and liaising with the regional team to resolve.
  • Monitoring the progress of renewal opportunities and reporting on renewal achievement to the Senior Management team.
  • Onboarding and training of new users in Salesforce and contracts database
  • Providing 1st level user support to Salesforce users

Experience and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Ardent process discipline, analytical skills and sound attention to detail.
  • Proven experience within a 3PL or Supply Chain environment
  • Effective influencing skills and exceptional communication skills
  • Highly developed problem solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel/ Office skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Salesforce skills
  • Analytical thinking with previous experience in managing contracts and contract renewals
  • A commitment to a continuous improvement culture
