Job Summary:


This position will be suited to someone with an extensive customer service background who is able to manage the completion of time-sensitive tasks, including making high-volume outbound calls to secure customer bookings.

You will also be required to review, process, monitor, and close out customer requests for site works.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls to secure customer bookings.
  • Review customer requests for site works and create work orders
  • Manage shared Outlook account by reviewing and prioritising incoming enquiries
  • Monitor completion of works and close out work orders
  • Accountable for KPI's
  • Despatch work on to Field Device, monitor completion, review and closeout
  • Prioritise tasks
  • Work collaboratively with other Departments
  • Material orders
  • Create purchase orders and goods receipt invoices for goods and services
  • Assist in the analysis of information and productionrelated reports
  • Data entry of timesheets and other field information

Qualifications & experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Handling a high volume of outbound calls
  • Ability to learn and manage multiple IT systems
  • Work independently and within a team, taking direction from colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and reprioritise work under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced problemsolving skills
  • Personal standards of reliability, honesty and integrity
  • SAP experience preferred but not essential
