Your new role
As the Commercial Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing commercial support to the Region.

This is an exciting time to join the business, we are in growth mode and you will have the ability to influence business outcome and profitability.

You will partner with the Regional Manager to influence stakeholders across the business, so the right decisions are made.

The position will also include the following:

  • Provide commercial insight to support business growth, performance and commercial governance
  • Assist in the delivery of results each month and the preparation of pricing models as required
  • Undertake budgeting, forecasting and outlook updates for the business
  • Work with the accounting team to help manage the month end activities
  • Ensure targets are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Work closely with the Administration team to govern quality of data across the business

Your skills and experience
To be successful for this position you will have strong commercial and business acumen and proven ability to increase profitability across a business

You will also require:

  • CA or CPA qualifications with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven financial and commercial experience in a complex, diverse, multisite business.
  • Strong successful experience in Commercial tendering & price modelling
  • Experience in the development and monitoring of budgets in a complex business
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across the business
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a concise, nontechnical manner
  • Willingness to travel as required
