As a Host/Supervisor at MOB Camberwell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful experience from the moment they walk through the door.

You will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and overseeing the overall flow of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Ensure a smooth and timely service by coordinating with kitchen and waitstaff.
• Train, supervise, and motivate frontofhouse staff.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong organisational and problemsolving skills.
• A passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.
