The Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Glass & Aluminum Façade Estimator to join our team based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. Key responsibilities include:

• Review project specifications, plans, drawing and schedules to accurately select suitable façade (curtainwall and window & door) products and suites.
• Prepare and compile detailed and accurate estimates, tenders, and budgets, to meet project specifications and customer timelines to successfully secure profitable work for the business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide façade, bespoke assemblies and window and door product technical assistance.
• Communicate, interact, engage with internal teams including engineers, drafters and project managers.
• Accurately review contracts with comprehensive comparison to tender submission.

The Person:

• Certificate III in Glass and Glazing, or equivalent facades, windows and doors product and installation knowledge and experience.
• Qualification in Business, Sales or Estimating (desirable).
• At least 5 years of Estimating and Sales experience working in related façade, envelope or contract glazing sector.
• Strong understanding and application of NCC, relevant Australian standards, and performance requirements.
• Energetic and deadline focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Great communication skill at all levels of industry, both written and verbal.
• Expert in utilising Microsoft Office software - especially MS Excel.
• Construction white card and driver's license.
